Boxing Fitness is a women’s only class – an unscary introduction to boxing fitness – learn how to throw a punch, stress relieve on the bags and finish off with a little circuit. It is a little bit of everything you need to get or keep you fit and healthy in a group environment and with a smile. This class will get you fighting fit without the fight!
The class is open to any fitness level – harder/easier options are given so you can work at your own pace. This class is great for Great for Strength, Toning, Cardio Fitness, Weight Loss, Stress Relief & Confidence.
Boxing Fitness class is held on Thursday evenings at 6.00 pm at New Park Centre (Old Dojo) (October to April) and Chichester College Trim Trail (May to September).
